The Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX) announced that the fourth annual Korea Christmas Fair takes place on December 8 to 10 and December 15 to 17 as the largest Christmas open market in Asia and this year’s last open market event in South Korea.

Co-hosted by the KINTEX and Exporum, the fair comes with a variety of products, ranging from Christmas goods and gifts to Christmas foods, furniture, home decor items, jewelry, toys, and travel and festival tickets. Chevrolet offers the Malibu as a free gift, too.

Season IV of the Korea Christmas Fair, the largest open market exhibition in Asia will be held jointly by KINTEX and X-Forum in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do.

According to KINTEX, Part 1 will be held from December 8 to 10 and Part 2 will be held from December 15 to 17 in Kintex Halls 4 and 5. Christmas Fair includes gifts for Christmas (trees, products for parties, decorations, lighting, etc.), cosmetics, jewelry, diffusers, clothing and miscellaneous goods. SK Engineering & Construction (SK E&C) announced on October 30 that its construction project for the Eurasia Underwater Tunnel in Turkey was named this year’s Global Road Project in the construction technology category by the International Road Federation (IRF) for the first time in the domestic industry.

Kumho Tire announced on October 18 that its Crugen HP71 tire for urban sports utility vehicles (SUVs) launched in March of this year took home a prize in the product design category at the Japan Good Design Awards in Japan.

This year, the Good Design Award marks the 61st anniversary as Japan's most prestigious international design competition organized by the Japan Industrial Design Promotion Association. The organizer select winners by evaluating works’ design, usability, and innovation in five areas -- products, space, media, systems and solutions.

Kolon Plastics announced on September 18 that the company will showcase a variety of products at the FAKUMA 2017, an international plastics exhibition to run in Friedrichshafen, Germany until September 21.

The FAKUMA is one of the three largest plastic material exhibitions in Europe. In 2015, 1,783 exhibitors from 38 countries participated in the show.
